A glass of wine gently swirling in the lady’s hand, soft classical music playing in her chambers inside. With her feet gently swaying over the balcony, her eyes trailing off over Ravnica’s moonlit night. A singular scintillating falling star appears with a sonic boom high in the night sky, falling down rapidly. Curiously she glances up, following its direction as it’s speeding towards one of the banlieues. With a whisper she communicates her interests to a nearby staff member. And like a sudden disturbed web, pawns start moving. Quickly, for there is no time to lose. And only more interested eyes to gain.

You survived your first bridge run by some miracle, though the forces of the High Prince failed to capture the gem heart in the chrysalis. Your joy of unexpected survival has been dampened by the treatment of High Prince Sadeas's soldiers however, who place blame on the bridge crews for their failure. Today though all you can hope for is to recover from that horrible experience, the supervisor of the bridge crews on the other hand... He seems to have other plans.

With the festivities in Ringbriar thoroughly ruined by the kobold attack our adventurers have been summoned to a chat with the Mayor. Whispers of a famed hunter of monsters and beasts flit around town as the party attends to the mayor. "Are these adventurers the hunter's assistants?" and "Are they replacing the Hunter?" echo throughout the town. Weather they are in it for the gold or the good (of the people) it seems the party will be going on a hunt.
